Shipping Information

1. Do you ship internationally?
We currently sell products in The United States. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days

3. What is the order cut-off time?
Order cut-off time: 5 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York)

Returns & Refunds

6. What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

7. How do I initiate a return?
Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at sales@frovial.com to initiate the return process.

8. What is the return process?

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories you have provided.

  • Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

9. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

10. How long does a refund take?
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

11. What items are non-refundable?

12. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@frovial.com with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

13. Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
