Shipping FAQs

Q: Is shipping really free?

A: No. Free shipping is available on orders of $100 and above. Orders below $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $6.95.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Handling: 1–3 business days (orders by 5 PM ship the same day).

Transit: Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days for deliveries within the United States.

Q: Do I get tracking?

A: Yes, a tracking email is sent instantly on shipment. Track via our site or carrier.

Q: What carriers do you use?

A: USPS Home Delivery auto-selected for speed.

Q: Can I ship internationally?

A: Currently we only ship to the United States.

Q: What if my package is lost or damaged?

A:

  • Lost (>20 days): Free reship or full refund.

  • Damaged: Report within 7 days with photos → free replacement.

Returns & Refunds FAQs

Q: How long do I have to return?

A: 30 calendar days from delivery date (US tracking proof).

Q: Is return shipping free?

A: Yes. free prepaid return label we cover.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email sales@frovial.com or call +1 678-237-8207. Get RMA + label → drop at USPS.

Q: When will I get my refund?

A: 7 business days after we receive & inspect. Full refund to original payment.

Q: Can I exchange instead?

A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item (size, material, model, and other product-specific features), please return the original item and place a new order.

Q: What items can’t be returned?

A: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included components, accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact.
