Ordering & Logistics

  4. Payment & Terms: Prepay or approved Net terms.

  5. Fulfillment: Consolidated shipments when possible; tracking and delivery window coordination.

  6. Close-Out: Warranty docs, service contacts, and post-install check-in.

Returns, Warranty & Claims (Summary)

  • Returns: Unopened/undamaged items within 30 days; restocking fees may apply per manufacturer policy.

  • Warranty: Manufacturer warranties are honored; Frovial assists with intake and escalation.

  • Freight Inspection: Note any visible damage on BOL; report concealed damage within the required window (usually 24–72 hours) with photos.

Resellers & MAP

Qualified resellers agree to current MAP and brand presentation standards. Violations may result in suspension or termination of program access.
