If you place an order for a product listed as backordered, we process your payment at the time the order is submitted. This allows us to better manage fulfillment timelines and avoid delays that could occur due to expired or inaccurate payment information. If you placed a backorder and did not intend to do so, you have options:
-You may review comparable products on our site and place a new order instead. If that’s the case, contact us immediately, and we’ll cancel and refund your original order.
-If your item hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel the order and issue a full refund after confirmation with the manufacturer.
